Information We Do Not Collect

Our applications process all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:

• Documents, files, or media on your device
• Personal information such as names, emails, or addresses
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

Information We May Collect

In limited circumstances, we may receive the following information:

• Email correspondence: If you contact us via email at admin@jparrholdings.com, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
• App Store transaction data: If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes and manages all payment information. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Apple to verify your subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card numbers, or Apple ID.

Third-Party Services

Our applications integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit: For subscription management and payment processing. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of your data. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple FoundationModels API (optional): If you choose to use Apple Intelligence features within our Pro tier, text processing is performed by Apple's on-device model. This processing occurs entirely on your device and no text is sent to Apple's servers.

We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or other third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Data Retention

Since our applications do not transmit data from your device, we do not retain any user data on our servers. Application settings and statistics are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, App Group containers). You can delete this data at any time by removing the application from your device.

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.

Data Security

Our local-first architecture is inherently secure because your data never leaves your device during normal application use. We do not operate servers that store user data, eliminating the risk of server-side data breaches. Our applications use Apple's built-in security features, including the App Sandbox on macOS and the extension sandbox on iOS.

Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since our applications do not collect personal information from any user, this concern does not arise in practice.

Your Rights
